Google's sale of Geico's trade marks for use in keyword-triggered "sponsored link" dvertising did not create a likelihood of confusion where the keyword-triggered advertisements did not include Geico's marks in the headings or text, but a settlement between the parties prevented the court from deciding Google's liability for trade mark infringement for keyword-triggered advertisements that use Geico's marks.
